Sephora Associate Legal Analyst, Real Estate

- Support Sephora's Real Estate Legal and Ethics and Compliance functions through research, analysis, and legal responsibilities.
- Enhance legal real estate processes and procedures, including operations, documentation, training, and policy enforcement.
- Prepare and review Estoppel Certificates and manage lease documentation.
- Organize and maintain lease information and data, ensuring compliance documents are current.
- Draft and process lease amendments and Memorandum of Lease.
- Assist with regulatory and litigation responses and project management.
- Draft various license agreements, including curbside and storage signage agreements.
- Provide analysis and research to Real Estate Attorneys.
- Support the creation of long-term compliance monitoring processes.
- 1-2 years of experience in legal support within a retail or consumer goods company.
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in databases and document management software.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
1-2 years of experience in legal support at a retail or consumer goods company.
The annual base salary range for this position is $107,780.00 - $120,460.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
