Sephora Associate Content Producer

- Assist in producing motion and stills content for social platforms, including scoping, bidding, awarding, casting, pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
- Coordinate pre-production tasks such as meetings, schedules, call sheets, studio bookings, and artist/crew/talent coordination.
- Support on-set production by managing the run of show, tracking shots, troubleshooting, and maintaining a harmonious set environment.
- Create post-production timelines and collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion.
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements for talent, crew, and team members as necessary.
- Arrange and manage model castings, overseeing contracts, rate negotiations, and scheduling details.
- Identify and engage creative artists for various projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on budget and on time.
- Resolve production problems with ingenuity and a positive attitude.
- Oversee multiple social projects daily.
- Manage invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Support comp closet organization and pulls for shoots.
- Utilize tools such as Box, One Drive, Monday, Smartsheet, and Frameio.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in social or digital content production, preferably in consumer lifestyle, retail, or beauty industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with content trends, creator culture, and short-form storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with mobile video capture and enthusiasm for video content creation.
- Experience working with talent, casting/talent agencies, vendors, and production partners.
- Understanding of the production process.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
1-3 years of relevant experience in social or digital content production, preferably in consumer lifestyle, retail, or beauty industries.
The annual base salary range for this position is $79,900.00 - $89,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
