1. Oversee the Sephora Newsroom, including editorial planning, writing, editing, and content management for corporate employees.
2. Lead integrated internal communication campaigns to enhance awareness of key initiatives and boost employee engagement.
3. Innovate storytelling approaches using digital channels, multimedia, and visual design to elevate internal narratives.
4. Manage and optimize intranet content, including publishing and organizing various media.
5. Draft, edit, and publish content for the weekly all-employee newsletter, ensuring alignment with editorial standards.
6. Collaborate with internal branding and video teams to develop graphics and video content for storytelling.
7. Consult with business partners to pitch and source stories, advise on communication strategies, and support ad-hoc announcements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. 3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field.

1. Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a strategic mindset.
2. Experience managing intranet platforms and familiarity with digital publishing tools.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms; Adobe Creative Suite experience is advantageous.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
