- Coordinate trade management with category leads for makeup, fragrance, and skincare, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and conduct weekly follow-ups.
- Disseminate trade information to brands and manage communications.
- Communicate new product launches to stores in accordance with launch schedules.
- Oversee stock management for promotional events in collaboration with the Supply Chain and category teams.
- Support the coordination of gift set offerings in conjunction with project launch managers.
- Contribute to the implementation of the new tri-axis merchandising strategy in stores.
- Manage communication of planograms to stores, collaborating closely with brands and overseeing implementation.
- Participate in store openings and renovations throughout the year.
- Update fragrance and skincare allocations.
- Serve as the primary contact for merchandising-related inquiries across various departments.
- Enrollment in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the beauty sector.
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Reliability, attention to detail, dynamism, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable working and communicating with different departments.
No specific experience required, but a challenging role with responsibilities and autonomous projects is offered.
Master's program enrollment in a business school or equivalent.
