Sephora Assistant Supply Chain Project Manager Intern

- Participate in the planning, coordination, and management of Supply Chain transformation projects, including workshop preparation, stakeholder coordination during testing phases, and Go Live preparations.
- Contribute to the animation of the Supply Chain transformation roadmap.
- Facilitate the community of Supply Chain transformation project leaders.
- Serve as the reference for process, procedure, and operational mode documentation, ensuring updates are maintained.
- Lead the implementation of PowerBI reports consolidating key Supply Chain KPIs for management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and associated information systems (SAP, ANAPLAN, PBI) in collaboration with IT teams.
- Support change management by assisting teams in adopting new practices and tools.
- Raise awareness among employees about Supply Chain transformation challenges.
- Master's level education in business school, engineering, or university with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Strong proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI); ERP or EPM knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Team spirit and strong communication skills.
- Interest in new technologies and innovation.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Beginner level experience is required.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
