1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective handling of client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and assist in resource allocation and staffing.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $64,400.00 - $76,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
