- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and assist in resource allocation and staffing.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, inspire, and develop employees.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary range is $64,400.00 - $76,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
