1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
9. Assist in resource allocation and staffing management.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
6. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
