1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient client experiences.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
