- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing continuous feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of complaints.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to guarantee product availability and optimal resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- 3-5 years of management experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $56,500.00 - $71,875.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
