1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
7. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
6. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $77,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
