Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective complaint resolution.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $77,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
