- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
- Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.

Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume retail or hospitality management role.
The annual base salary range for this position is $68,640.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
