1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development with ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence in compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary ranges from $58,500 to $68,068, with potential bonuses based on performance and qualifications.
