Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Manage the people and operations aspects of the store.
- Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for recruitment.
- Oversee training and development functions, collaborating with Store Director and Education partners.
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance situations.
- Lead store operations, ensuring execution of processes and managing inventory.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and lead teams, attracting and developing talented leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong understanding of sales performance and operational management.
Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
