1. Manage the people and operations aspects of the store.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system for recruitment.
3. Oversee training and development functions, collaborating with Store Director and Education partners.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance situations.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of processes and managing inventory.
6. Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and lead teams, attracting and developing talented leaders.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Strong understanding of sales performance and operational management.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
