1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.

1. Strong leadership and business acumen.
2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract and inspire employees.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
