1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
3. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $52,500.00 - $62,625.00. Individuals may also be eligible for bonuses.
