Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize data to support operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and capability to support internal talent development.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Manage the profit and loss of the store, monitor shrinkage percentages, and forecast sales to maximize profitability.
- Drive operational incentives, including brand events and visual merchandising changes, to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture.
- Maintain a strong and positive culture where team members are valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels.
- Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store line management, preferably in a big box or multi-site environment.
$69,680 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
