- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset and collaborate with the wider team.
- Motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Proficiency in attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels.
A minimum of 3 years in retail or store line management, with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
