1. Support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
3. Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values, motivating the team to excel.
4. Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
5. Implement a continuous improvement mentality and collaborate with the wider team.
6. Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
7. Manage the profit and loss of the store, monitor shrinkage, and forecast sales to maximize profitability.
8. Drive operational incentives, including brand events and visual merchandising changes, to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand and culture.
9. Maintain a strong, positive store culture that values feedback, career development, and recognition.
10. Monitor KPIs and assist in developing store talent.

1. 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
2. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.

2. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
3. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on motivating and coaching team members.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
5. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
6. Ability to influence team members at all levels.
7. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.

Minimum of 3 years in retail/store line management, with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.

$69,680 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
