Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values, motivating the team to excel.
- Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality and collaborate with the wider team.
- Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Manage the profit and loss of the store, monitor shrinkage, and forecast sales to maximize profitability.
- Drive operational incentives, including brand events and visual merchandising changes, to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand and culture.
- Maintain a strong, positive store culture that values feedback, career development, and recognition.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in developing store talent.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on motivating and coaching team members.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.
Minimum of 3 years in retail/store line management, with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
$69,680 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
