Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Manage the profit and loss of the store, monitor shrinkage, and forecast sales to maximize profitability.
- Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes.
- Maintain a strong and positive store culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in talent development within the store.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store line management.
$69,680 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
