Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and support internal talent development.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Manage store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes.
- 2-3+ years of experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for client-centric service and experiential retail.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Minimum of 3 years in retail/store line management, preferably with experience in a big box or multi-site retail environment.
$67,000 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
