1. Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Utilize and analyze data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
3. Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
4. Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
5. Implement a continuous improvement mindset and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
6. Assist in managing store profitability by monitoring shrinkage, sales conversion, and forecasting sales.

1. 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
2. Previous experience in retail management at a big box retailer or multi-site environment.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
2. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
3. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
4. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.

2-3+ years in retail/store line management, preferably with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.

$67,000 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
