Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize and analyze data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Assist in managing store profitability by monitoring shrinkage, sales conversion, and forecasting sales.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous experience in retail management at a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.
2-3+ years in retail/store line management, preferably with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
$67,000 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
