1. 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
2. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.

1. Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
3. Ability to influence and inspire team members at all levels.
4. Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and development.

2-3+ years in retail/store line management, preferably with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.

$67,000 + Commission + Bonus + Super
