1. Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
3. Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
4. Enhance team performance and develop internal talent.
5. Implement continuous improvement practices within the team.
6. Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

1. 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
2. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.

1. Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
2. Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
3. Emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
4. Ability to influence team members at all levels.

2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management, with a preference for big box or multi-site retail management experience.

$67,000 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
