Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent.
- Implement continuous improvement practices within the team.
- Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels.
2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management, with a preference for big box or multi-site retail management experience.
$67,000 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
