Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an unbeatable client experience.
2. Utilize data to support operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
3. Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
4. Raise performance and capability of the team to develop internal talent.
5. Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team.
6. Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
7. Assist in managing the profit and loss of the store by monitoring shrinkage percentages and sales conversion.

1. 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management
2. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience

1. Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
3. Ability to influence team members at all levels
4. Hands-on leadership style
5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees

2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management with previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
