Sephora Assistant Store Manager

1. Manage, develop, and coach store employees, including conducting appraisals.
2. Maintain team absence records and organize training courses.
3. Implement floor management and act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude.
4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
5. Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers.
6. Organize beauty classes and create engaging customer experiences.
7. Update visual merchandising and ensure store cleanliness.
8. Analyze sales data and derive actionable sales activities.
9. Coordinate daily staff planning and manage inventory processes.
10. Ensure proper store opening and closing, including cash register management.
11. Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence.
12. Ensure store operations comply with Sephora Audit rules.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
2. Previous management and team leadership experience required.
3. Proficiency in English and the native language of the country.

4. Analytical and commercial working methods.
5. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is advantageous.

At least 3-4 years of experience in retail with management responsibilities, preferably within the beauty industry.
