1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
2. 3-5 years of management experience.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
