Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of complaints.
- Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
