1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.

4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exemplary service and effective resolution of complaints.

7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting, with proven success in a managerial role.

The annual base salary ranges from $67,600 to $78,660, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
