1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
7. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail assistant manager role, preferably in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
