Sephora Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
8. Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $86,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
