1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee development, and provide ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $86,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
