1. Inspire and lead the team by example to create memorable customer experiences.
2. Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to enhance customer experience.

1. Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
3. Hands-on leadership experience with a focus on motivating and coaching teams.

1. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
2. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
3. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
4. Flexibility in availability and ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.

Previous experience in retail management with a focus on leadership and team motivation is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
