Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Inspire and lead the team by example to create memorable customer experiences.
- Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to enhance customer experience.
- Drive store success by monitoring and analyzing data, leading people, and making timely decisions.
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Cultivate creativity and ensure the store represents Sephora's brand and culture.
- Engage and inspire through Sephora's values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
- Hands-on leadership experience with a focus on motivating and coaching teams.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility in availability and ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Previous experience in retail management with a focus on leadership and team motivation is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
