- Flexible availability to work.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, work in a fragrance-filled environment, and handle & apply products to clients.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and management skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, and the ability to influence team members.
- A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
$58,500.00 - $74,625.00. The actual salary offered depends on various factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.
