- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development with ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising to uphold Sephora's brand excellence.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule.
Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
The annual base salary ranges from $58,500.00 to $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
