1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality environment, with proven success in a managerial role.

The annual base salary range is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
