- Support daily store operations and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.

- Previous experience as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Demonstrated success in retail management, consistently driving results and elevating team performance through hands-on leadership.
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,700.00 - $88,112.50, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
