1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
