Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support daily store operations and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to maximize team potential.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback to support career development.
- Deliver outstanding client service, resolve concerns, and drive engagement through loyalty programs.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment and ensure compliance with policies and brand guidelines.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a retail assistant manager in high-volume environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $86,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
