1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and assist in resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,480.00 - $68,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
