- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of client complaints.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,800.00 - $82,365.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
