- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development, providing continuous feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of complaints.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation and staffing.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,640.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
