Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Deliver real-time coaching and actionable feedback to maximize associates' potential.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentorship to support team members' career journeys.
- Consistently deliver outstanding service and resolve client concerns.
- Maintain a visually inspiring and immaculate store environment, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Proven experience in retail management, particularly in high-volume settings, with a track record of driving results and elevating team performance.
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
