1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through superior service.
6. Address client complaints and provide effective solutions.
7. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
9. Allocate resources and handle staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
