- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting, with proven success as a retail assistant manager.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
