Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values, motivating the team.
- Enhance team performance and capability, supporting internal talent development.
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset and collaborate with the wider team.
- Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Manage profit and loss, monitor shrinkage, and forecast sales to maximize profitability.
- Drive operational incentives including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or store line management, preferably in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
$69,680 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
