Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Assist in managing store profit and loss, monitor shrinkage, and forecast sales to maximize profitability.
- Drive operational incentives, including brand events and visual merchandising changes, to maintain store standards.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels.
2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management, with previous experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
