1. Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
3. Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
4. Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
5. Implement a continuous improvement mindset and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
6. Assist in managing store profit and loss, monitor shrinkage, and forecast sales to maximize profitability.
7. Drive operational incentives, including brand events and visual merchandising changes, to maintain store standards.

1. 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
2. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.

2. Strong leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on approach.
3. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
4. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
5. Ability to influence team members at all levels.

2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management, with previous experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
