Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling of client complaints.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability for a retail schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of successful management.
The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
