1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

Minimum of 5 years in a retail or hospitality management role, with a focus on high-volume environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
