Sephora Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
3. Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
4. Enhance team performance and develop internal talent through continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Ensure the delivery of first-class customer service by energizing the team in a dynamic setting.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or store line management.
2. Previous retail management experience at a large retailer or multi-site operation.

2. Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management capabilities.
3. Proficient in attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.
4. High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Base salary of $69,680 plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
