Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of first-class customer service by energizing the team in a dynamic setting.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a large retailer or multi-site operation.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management capabilities.
- Proficient in attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.
- High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
A minimum of 3 years in retail or store line management, with experience in a large retail environment or multi-site management.
Base salary of $69,680 plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
