Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values, motivating the team to excel.
- Enhance team performance and capability to nurture internal talent.
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset within the team and collaborate with the broader team.
- Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- 2-3+ years of experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
Minimum of 3 years in retail/store line management, preferably with experience in big box or multi-site retail environments.
$69,680 + Commission + Bonus + Super
