Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and capability to nurture internal talent.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and collaborate with the wider team.
- Motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for client-centric service and experiential retail.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team motivation and coaching.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
2-3+ years in retail/store line management, preferably with experience in big box retail or multi-site management.
$67,000 base salary plus commission, bonus, and superannuation.
