1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
8. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
