1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume, complex environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
